KS Equine Massage and Bodywork Services

I provide services on site at your barn, competition or show venue.

I am always happy to speak and provide acupressure, massage and bodywork demos for your group or barn. The demo horse receives a free session, and participants will be shown what they can do with their own horse.

Maintenance or Recovery
  • Approximately 1 hour in duration

  • Done 20-30 minutes prior to warm up for competition
  • Reduces warm up time prior to event
  • Enhances general state of well-being which aids in optimum psychological condition
Post-Event

Human Massage and Bodywork
While the majority of my work is on equine clients, I also maintain a human Massage, Acupressure and Bodywork practice as well. Just as with the horses I utilize a combination of techniques based on individual request and preferences. All human on site sessions are booked with equine. In my experience often horse and rider teams mirror each other in areas of restriction or tension in their bodies. It is not always clear which is the cause or affect, but by addressing both the human and equine client with consistent Bodywork they can often be resolved. We as riders need to be flexible in order for our horses to move as we ask them to. Bodywork for both horse and rider can be quite beneficial regardless of riding discipline.

Canine Massage and Bodywork
Just as with our favorite equines our canine friends can benefit from Massage, Acupressure and Bodywork. Often my work with canine clients focuses on providing and sharing techniques the owners can do with their own dogs.
